Ten Point Services is a general contractor working across the United States. From initial design through construction we partner with owners to build nature based hospitality resorts. We also help owners of existing properties get more out of what they already have, through strategic renovations and expansions.

This work breaks between handoffs more often than it breaks inside any one trade. We hold it across those seams rather than only inside one of them.

  • Land and entitlementsSite analysis, the approval path, and the permits a project needs before anybody can build on it.
  • InfrastructureWater, sanitary, power, and stormwater. The layer everything else on a site sits on top of.
  • ConstructionSitework, buildings, and units, held to a written standard rather than to whatever the last inspection allowed.
  • ProcurementLong lead items, vendor vetting, staging, and the sequence that gets things to site in the order the crew needs them.
  • Opening readinessCommissioning, the punch process, and the handover to the people who have to run the place on day one.
