Twenty minutes with the team that builds these.
Bring wherever you are. Raw land and a rough idea is a fine place to start a conversation, and so is a drawing set and a lender waiting on a number.
If you would rather just pick up the phone, do that. There is nothing on this page you have to fill in first.
What makes the call useful.
None of this is required. It just means we spend the twenty minutes on your project instead of on catching up.
- Your scorecardFull Assessment takes about five minutes and gives us the same picture you have. It is the fastest way to start in the middle of the conversation rather than the beginning.
- Where the land isThe county and the parcel, if you have them. Approval paths are local, and the answer changes across a county line.
- What is already drawnA survey, a concept plan, or a full drawing set. Whatever exists.
- The date that mattersIf somebody has been promised an opening, say so early. It changes how a project should be run.
A conversation is a conversation. It is not a bid, a feasibility study, a cost estimate, or a legal opinion on what a jurisdiction will approve.
