- How long does the assessment take?
- About five minutes. Forty yes or no questions across ten screens, with no account to create.
- What do I get at the end?
- A score out of one hundred, a verdict on the stage your project is actually in, a read on which critical gates are still open, the findings your answers point to, and three priority actions. You can have the scorecard emailed to you.
- What does my score mean?
- Zero to thirty-nine is Align: market, land, and money are still open questions. Forty to sixty-nine is Design: the idea holds, and the risk sits in entitlements, drawings, procurement, and pricing. Seventy to one hundred is Build: the seams are closed, and the work is holding schedule, budget, and quality through construction. An open critical gate can pull the verdict below the raw score.
